You should plan to set aside 2-3 hours a week. -1 hour to meet with me and move through the material. -1-2 hours of at-home work (journaling, worksheets, individual practice). -15 minutes to submit questions and watch Kate's video responses.
  • What is expected of me as a participant?

I do not offer refunds for this program. Please make sure you are ready to commit to this process before signing up.
  • Will I be able to ask questions in between our weekly meetings?
Yes! You will be able to submit questions between our weekly meeting and I will send you a written or video-recorded response within two days.
  • Doesn't everyone think everyone else is a narcissist these days?
Narcissism is a popular term these days. We often throw it around as an umbrella term to mean a slew of things. This program is deigned to help those who self-describe as codependent and/or people pleasers who find themselves navigating a challenging relationship with anyone who has narcissistic tendencies. This does not mean this person definitely has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. It means that they display certain personality traits, communication styles, and psychological characteristics associated with narcissism. Some examples of these: -manipulative -self-important -blaming/critical -lack of empathy If you are wondering about these traits and if you are an appropriate participant, consider taking the "Am I in a Relationship with a Narcissist?" quiz above.
This Program is for YOU If:

-You're pretty sure you are in a relationship with someone who exhibits narcissistic tendencies (romantic, familial etc).  If you're unsure, quiz yourself.  A score of 50% or higher means you are likely in the right place.

-If you are in a romantic relationship, you believe relationships should be equal, regardless of gender.

-You are either not interested, not ready or already have been in therapy.  This program is not therapy.  It is a coaching program designed to give you important psychoeducation, strategies and tools, and aims to provide a solid overview of topics so that you can begin to recenter yourself in your own world.

This Program is NOT for YOU if:

-You are currently in a highly abusive relationship and are needing assistance exiting in a safe way.  If this is you, you may be better suited for therapy.

-You believe in traditional gender roles (i.e. the man is the head of the house). We are focusing on equality here.

-You are looking for a diagnosis for the narcissist in your life.

-You are looking to do in-depth therapy.  Visit Kate's psychotherapy websight.

-You yourself have been diagnosed with Narcissistic Personality Disorder. â€‹â€‹â€‹
